A lot of you all reading this post right now probably already know that we take customer service pretty seriously at IT Freedom.
We’ve worked hard over the last 15 years to maintain a culture of customer service from our President on down through every member of our staff. As of 2014, we’re also employee-owned, which is the ultimate statement about who we are as a company—when each individual in the company, from top to bottom, has an ownership stake, everyone tends to pull in the same direction.
So we’ve always believed that we have great customer service. But, it’s still nice to be recognized for your work and achievements, and so we are thrilled to announce that we’re one of just a few Finalists for the Austin Chamber of Commerce’s 2015 Customer Service & Loyalty award.
Every year, the Austin Chamber of Commerce presents the Greater Austin Business Awards in order to recognize those businesses and organizations in the area who have made significant community contributions, achievements, and milestones that are worthy of recognition.
Phyllis Snodgrass, Chief Operating Officer of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, expressed her thoughts on the awards:
We are proud to recognize local businesses that standout and exemplify key Central Texas community values, including diversity, innovation, and economic stability. We are grateful to have the opportunity to highlight all of our finalists and we look forward to celebrating the winners. All of these businesses contribute to making the Austin region a great place to live, work, and play.
Finalists for all of the Chamber Awards were selected by the Chamber’s Nominations and Judging Committee, chaired by Heather Ladage, Publisher of The Austin Business Journal. The winners will be announced on August 27th during the Awards dinner at the downtown Hilton—we’ll be there, so don’t be afraid to say hi.
IT Freedom is proud to be a part of Austin’s unique business community, and we’re looking forward to the next 15 years of providing great customer service to fuel your business. Many thanks to the Austin Chamber for this honor!
