Forwarding Calls
How do I forward all my calls to another number?
- Press the Forward button or soft key.
- Select the Line (if you have more than one line).

- 1. Always to have all calls forwarded.
- 2. No Answer only to forward calls when you don't pick up.
- 3. Busy only to forward calls when on the line.
- At the Contact: prompt on the display, enter the destination number.
- Press Enable. Note that the icon next to your extension changes to indicate that forwarding is enabled.
How do I turn off call forwarding?
- Press Forward.
- Press Disable.
Can I forward my calls to an outside number?
Yes. There's no restriction on destination numbers.
Can I call in to the system to remotely forward my calls?
Unfortunately this feature does not exist at this time.
