How do I forward all my calls to another number?

  1. Press the Forward button or soft key.
  2. Select the Line (if you have more than one line).
  3. Select
    4. 1. Always to have all calls forwarded.
    2. No Answer only to forward calls when you don't pick up.
    3. Busy only to forward calls when on the line.
  4. At the Contact: prompt on the display, enter the destination number.
  5. Press Enable. Note that the icon next to your extension changes to indicate that forwarding is enabled.

How do I turn off call forwarding?

  1. Press Forward.
  2. Press Disable.

Can I forward my calls to an outside number?

Yes. There's no restriction on destination numbers.

Can I call in to the system to remotely forward my calls?

Unfortunately this feature does not exist at this time.
