Do Not Disturb
What is Do Not Disturb?
Setting your phone line to Do Not Disturb will automatically send callers to your voicemail. If you have a busy message set up, it will be played when those callers hear your voicemail message.
It's a great tool to use when you're working towards a deadline and need the peace and quiet or if you have to be away from your phone for a short time and would rather not have the phone ring and ring.
How do I turn Do Not Disturb on and off?
If you have just one line setup on your phone, just press the Do Not Disturb button to turn it on, then again to turn it off.
If you have multiple lines setup on your phone, you can choose which lines you want to set.
To turn it on for all lines:
- Press Do Not Disturb. You'll now see a row of buttons across the bottom of your screen.
- Press Set All.
To turn it off for all lines:
- Press Do Not Disturb. You'll now see a row of buttons across the bottom of your screen.
- Press Clear All.
To turn it on for individual lines:
- Press Do Not Disturb. You'll now see a row of buttons across the bottom of your screen.
- Use the arrow keys to highlight the line you want to set.
- Press Select.
- Press Enable.
To turn it off for individual lines:
- Press Do Not Disturb. You'll now see a row of buttons across the bottom of your screen.
- Use the arrow keys to highlight the line you for which you want to turn it off.
- Press Select.
- Press Disable.
