How does the spam filter work?

All spam filtering is done on the server-side before mail gets to the mailbox. This means, regardless of how you access your email, the spam filter works. This also means that none of the ‘report spam’, ‘mark as spam’, and ‘junk folders’ are used/effective.

What to do about spam

If you do happen to receive anything that seems suspicious, forward it to spam@itfreedom.com.
