Signatures
Accessing your Signatures
To access your signatures:
- Click on the Preferences tab at the top right of the main viewing pane.
- Select the Signatures section from the left hand menu.
Creating signtaures
To create a new signature:
- Click the Add Signature button.
- Format your signature how you wish, and choose where you would like your signature to appear (before or after the content).
- Click the Save button at the top left of the main viewing pane to save your changes and additions.
Setting a default signature
From the signature preference page, select the Accounts page link. The last option on this page is to select a default signature. Choose whichever default signature you would like from the drop down menu. Select Save at the top left of the main viewing pane.
Signatures can also be chosen (temporarily) while composing, replying to, and forwarding messages.
