Multiple Calendars
Creating a new Calendar
Your default account has a Calendar associated with it. It's simple to add additional calendars:
- Select the New drop down menu in the left hand side of the toolbar.
- Select Calendar (in the second section of the drop down menu.
- You will need to give your Calendar a name, a color and choose whether or not to exclude these appointments on your free/busy availability.
- The final option is to Synchronize appointments from remote calendar – only check this box when you will be creating a ‘copy’ of an existing calendar (instructions below).

(i.e. from Gmail or some other web client, shared calendars)
When you reach the Synchronize appointments from remote calendar option, check the box and enter the URL of the Calendar.

Viewing multiple calendars
When viewing from the Calendar tab, the left sidebar will display all of your calendars that you have set up. To view a certain calendar, simply check the boxes of those that you wish to view.
The appointments will display as the color that you have attributed to that calendar. Appointments set as free or tentative will display lighter than appointments set as busy or out of office.
Your default calendar appointments (those linked with your personal email address) will display ‘on top’ of any other calendar appointments regardless of the free/busy setting.
