Construction Begins on New Office and Datacenter

Construction began today on the tenant improvements for IT Freedom's new, 8400-square-foot office and datacenter, located in the North Austin Business Center at 8711 Burnet Road.

The new space, occupying Building C of the complex, is more than triple the size of our existing office space in the same complex and will allow us to consolidate our office and data center in a single, state-of-the-art facility. Amenities also include a large, multi-purpose conference and training room, as well as showers, locker rooms, and a small gym for our fitness-minded and bike-commuting employees.

Architect for the project is Tim Brown of Barley + Pfeiffer Associates, who designed the space to meet IT Freedom's requirements of energy efficiency and employee health and well-being. Leo Fletcher of Fletcher Ventures is the general contractor for the project, and Lisa Killough of American Bank provided the construction financing.

Construction is expected to be complete by May 1st.
