Voice Freedom™ is a hosted telephony solution, which means that we we own and maintain the entire system and provide your dial tone, so there is no separate phone service or phone system for you to buy.

Telephone calls from the public telephone network are delivered to us by wholesale providers through multiple, redundant Internet gateways. Our software-based phone system, housed in our reliable data center, then processes these incoming phone calls as we've programmed it to do, whether that means ringing a VoIP phone on your desktop or multiple phones or a multi-user conference or even an auto-attendant, or playing an after-hours greeting, or connecting to your voicemail, or whatever. Because the entire system is software-based, we can program it to do virtually anything we want it do.
