Standard Features

Voice Freedom™ provides you with an incredibly rich feature set, comparable to that of any enterprise-class system you can find. A small sampling of these features is provided below. And because our system is entirely software-based, the list of custom programming possibilities is virtually endless.

    Completely Programmable Auto-Attendant
    We can program our system to do virtually anything you'd like it to do when your main number rings. We can have it ring one phone or several, prompt for input, provide directory options, go to a general mailbox, play back an after-hours or holiday greeting after a certain time or on a certain day, play back a recording, and so on. We can even program it to interface with other network or Internet applications, such as updating a web page (which is what we do to see who is manning our Helpdesk).
    Voicemail
    Each end-user gets their own voicemail. By default, voice mail is automatically forwarded to the end-users email inbox, so they can play it back, file it, forward it to others, and so on.
    Three-Way Conferencing
    If you're on a call, you can hit your Conference button, dial any other internal or external number, and conference a third person into your conversation. You can even step out of the conversation without disrupting the remaining two parties.
    Bridge Conferencing
    For larger, multi-user conferences, we provide full bridge-conferencing capabilities at no additional charge, save for toll-free charges, if you choose to use our toll-free access to the facility. Simply dial the conference bridge and enter your admin PIN number to start the conference.
    Paging
    Overhead paging is built into our Voice Freedom™, so that you track down others in the office. You can even page other offices, if you have them.
    Caller ID
    Full caller ID information is passed to you on all incoming calls, even if you are already on the phone, so you can see who is calling. On outbound calls, we can advertise either your direct caller ID information or your main number.
    Music On Hold
    We provide default music on hold for all customers, but we can upload practically any other digital music or marketing message for your own custom music on hold, subject to proof of proper licensing.
    Call Transfers
    You can transfer any call that you are on, simply by pressing Transfer, dialing another number, and then pressing Transfer again. That's all there is to it.
    Call Waiting
    When you are on a call and another call (actually, up to 7 more calls) comes in, it doesn't go straight to your voicemail. It shows up on your display, giving you the option to switch conversations.
