Since we are in the service business too, something we try to remember is that when a business relationship is going along with no 'bumps in the road' it's easy for both parties to take it for granted - but when some issue arises (technical problem, failure to communicate, etc) there is the possibility that either 1) the relationship will suffer or fail, or 2) the relationship will become even stronger due to the trust that is built as we work together with our client to resolve the issue.

I just want to say thanks to Cody for hanging in there on this Xerox issue. Due to your and Cyndi's perseverance, we were able to get our new replacement Xerox up and operational on Friday afternoon instead of having to wait for an additional Xerox tech to come onsite Monday morning (which is a horrible time to deal with stuff like this) and do things correctly. Our Xerox techs here in Austin seem to do pretty well, but the Houston techs have definitely left something to be desired. Thanks!
