Network backups are too important to do in an ad hoc manner, so we provide a standardized off-site backup solution to each and every one of our Network Freedom™ customers. We maintain an exact copy of your network data in our secure data center, and every night we update that copy with any files that have changed during the day. If any errors occur, the system alerts us, so that we can resolve them. The system is fully automated, so you don't have to lift a finger to change tapes or anything, and it runs every night, seven days a week, so nothing gets missed.

Secure Transfer and Storage

We transfer all of your backups through your Internet connection to our secure data center. All data is encrypted in transit and stored on large, redundant storage servers that are firewalled and inaccessible from the Internet in general, so your data is safe and secure.

Quick File Restores

Oops, you accidentally trashed your favorite spreadsheet? No problem; we can restore it immediately. Our system keeps all backups online, so there are no tapes to locate, spool, or search. We can restore files very quickly, generally while you're on the phone. So before you waste hours recreating that spreadsheet, call us; we'll restore last night's version for you.

Monitored and Managed

Many providers now provide off-site backups as an option to their customers. Most of these solutions are third-party solutions that the provider sets up and forgets about, leaving the management up to you. What sets our solution apart is the degree to which we monitor and manage your backups. Our system alerts us to any errors that occur, so we can proactively resolve them.
