Teamwork is extremely important to IT Freedom. Take a look at our team members!

    Anderson Horn
    Network Administrator
I was born in Atlanta and moved to Houston during middle school. I went to school at Baylor University, where I majored in mathematics and played defensive tackle for the Bears. Upon graduation, I decided to work in IT support rather than teaching math as I had originally planned. Amanda, my high school sweetheart, and I were married in June 2008. Cycling and Photography are just two of my many hobbies.
    Brian Lewis

I have been at IT Freedom since September 2008, and I learn something new every day. I hold an Associates degree in computer networking and a BBA in computer information systems. I grew up in Belton, Texas, and have been living in Austin for over two years. When not in the office or on-call, I enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, boating, and camping.
    Cassie Bowers

I have been with the company since November of 2008. I am in charge of the purchasing department and maintaining the warehouse. I moved to Austin, TX in 1996 from Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from The Art Institute of Dallas in June 2008, I returned home to Austin and started at IT Freedom.

    Jeff Taff
    Helpdesk Supervisor
I joined IT Freedom as a network technician in 2008. My previous experience includes positions at the University of Texas at Austin and Exodus Communications (now Savvis), where I was an integral part of the IT security consulting team for a number of Fortune 500 clients.

I grew up in the Greater Houston area but moved to Austin in 1994 to attend the University of Texas, where I earned Bachelors and Masters degrees. I am an avid outdoorsman and sports fan and can often be found at Round Rock Express or UT football games with my wife and son

    Lauren Ascolese
    Administrative Assistant
I do some Human Resources work, facilities management, and anything else that might come up. Before working at IT Freedom, I worked at an art museum in San Antonio where I grew up and went to college. I am a stickler for policies and procedures while maintaining the idea that things are only accomplished efficiently if done as a team. Outside of work I love cooking, baking, reading, and kitten videos. I also enjoy camping and hiking and since moving to Austin I have been taking advantage of all the great parks nearby.
    Matt Miller
    Network Engineer
I am currently a network administrator with IT Freedom with day-to-day job responsibilities ranging from server maintenance and customer networking projects to helpdesk escalations and customer account management. Formerly a junior network admin for a division of a major multinational, a large part of my life has been dedicated to computers in general and, more recently, network and server administration. Outside of work, I am pursuing a Computer Science degree at the University of Texas at Austin and enjoy thriller novels, punk rock, cooking, and red wine.
    Nicholas Lozo
    Network Technician
I graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with B.S. in Network Engineering. During this time I worked for the Purdue University Residential Network as Residential Computer Consultant. Also I had a corporate internship in the Program Management Office at Sears Holdings Corporation in Chicago. I would like to continue down my career path in Network Engineering and eventually someday own my own company. I am an active member of Association of Information Technology Professionals, where I help out with hosting various computer roundtable events aimed at linking employers to prospective employees. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, I came to Austin to visit and never really left, falling in love with the city and the music. I also like to snowboard, go boating on the lakes, and travel generally anywhere.
