The culture at IT Freedom is extremely unique, highly innovative, energetic, and enthusiastic. We're excited about what we do and continually strive to make things better. Our employees are high caliber all-around: intelligent, friendly, passionate, hard-working, happy to help customers and each other, and eager to improve our services at IT Freedom.

We consider ourselves a team. Without each member working together we cannot achieve our goals. Right now, we have about twenty employees and we all work together to ensure that our customers are provided with the best service. Having a small number of employees allows us the freedom to collaborate with each other and constantly make improvements and additions to our services.

Guaranteeing the highest level of service to our customers requires a great deal of hard work. To celebrate each others' hard work, we have implemented a number of programs and policies to recognize and reward everyone. Each Friday the company provides the entire staff with a catered lunch. Every few weeks breakfast is provided. Throughout the month team members are encouraged to nominate each other for a job well done or extra work put in on the weekend. In addition, we’ve started a wellness program not simply focused on the physical well being of our staff, but emotional and mental well being also. We provide our staff with philanthropic opportunities such as Habitat for Humanity or Operation Blue Santa in addition to fun social outings like bowling or rock climbing. The sense of camaraderie is high around the office.

We’re always open to new ideas regardless of their nature. Maybe you have a way of streamlining the customer equipment purchasing process. Perhaps you have a suggestion for lunch. You might want to help pick out the colors of the walls in the new office. No idea is too small or too big. Every suggestion is always welcome.
