Are We a Match?
Before you apply, please check out our website. Get a feel for IT Freedom, what we do and what we're about. Do you like the "feel" of the company? Do you have what it takes to work here? Is IT Freedom a place where you can put down roots?
Some Tips, Before You Apply
Please note that we screen a lot of cover letters and resumes. We simply don't have very much time to spend on each set, let alone talk to every applicant, so your cover letter and resume are absolutely critical to your getting in the door. You can do yourself a great favor by following these tips:
- Keep it all brief and to the point. A one-page resume, hitting all the high points is much preferred over a three-page resume, loaded with certifications and acronyms and what-not.
- Use meticulously correct grammar, consistent tense and voice, and consistent formatting. Proofread it, then have someone else proofread it, too. A meticulous, well-structured, concise resume is for us a window into your soul.
- Please let us know briefly in your cover letter why you want work for IT Freedom and why we would want to hire you.
- Clean up your web presence, if necessary. Do a Google search of your name, and see what shows up; clean it up, if necessary. We will investigate your Internet activity, so you should do so first. (Note that as an Equal Opportunity Employer, IT Freedom will not base any personnel decisions on any information regarding a protected class.)
How to Apply
We are always looking for exceptional team members. Currently we have openings for a Network Engineer, an Operations Manager, as well as a Tech Support Intern. Thank you for your interest in IT Freedom, and good luck to you.
